Hey JP, the best time would be the beginning of summer. Around November-December period. We had a trip to Queen Mary Falls not long ago (currently at the front page of this blog) and passed many sunflower fields along the way…still in full bloom! I went back to the filed in this post to try get some shots with some deep blue sky but unfortunately they were all drying out already.
